I am a 63 year old in very good shape. However, I don't take the time to stretch as much as I should, which is probably impacting my range of motion with my golf swing. Can your recommend any golf specific stretches that I should be doing daily to improve my range of motion? I live in Maine so am in the off-season as it relates to golf.
